These Baja Fish Tacos were muy, muy sabroso... My family Loved them! Very easy to make, quick simple... The Lemon Cream sauce was delisioso, I also made the Salsa Boracha, but I think maybe I toasted them too long, they were a little bitter... I even flombayed with tequilla.... I liked my own salsa with these tacos better... My ChocoFlan is cooling down right now... so I will let you know how it came out... Thank You... I LOVE COOKING for my familia... you inspire me to cook and make me want to start my own show... Love ya Chica.

My family loves fish & since lent started I thought I'd give it a try for something different to make during Lent. My daughter & husband couldn't get enough! They loved the Borracho Salsa, something we had never tasted before. I didn't have any beer or tequila so I substituted & they still came out good. I will certanly make again not only during Lent but for an everyday dinner. I also love the show, hope it continues.

Even my picky 9 year old loved it. Made it with cod, as it was available at half the price of halibut($16.50/# in NY. Was WONDERFUL. Will certainly be making this a lot.

You must try this recipe, everything from the cream sauce to the 'drunken' salsa. A bit of prep work, but so worth it.
I am not a fried food person, but the tacos looked so good on the show I decided to give it a try. Very good and a very light batter and if you keep the heat pretty high so the fish cooks fast it isn't too greasy.
It was the first time I have seen this show and I am very impressed. Very much like "Every Day Italian" (but thankfully w/out the cleavage - simple, auhentic and delicious Mexican food. Can't wait to see more episodes.

These tacos were delicious and easy to make. I also made some without the batter, topped with just the cabbage and lemon creme sauce and those were good too. I served them with the chocoflan as dessert. Highly recommended!

I made these fish tacos and they were GREAT. I used Modelo Negra beer, the batter puffed up wonderfully. i did use "Old Bay" seasoning in the flower and on the fish. Great recipe...Thank You
