Love this recipe. Had extra hot coals for BBQ and put these on the grill and they were better than when I put them in oven.

I followed the recipe exactly and the cheese started melting too fast before the panko topping crisped up. Good thing I didn't try this out on guests first.

This was really good the first time my cilantro had went bad so I had to use dried parsley . But I made it again last night with the fresh cilantro and it was even better. Love the ease and it's fun for my kids too.
