This was a super delicious recipe! My husband doesn't like yams yet he was telling his station how yummy it was. I loved the taste that the bananas and almonds added. My oven cooks at a higher temp so I only had to cook it for 15 minutes. I will definitely be making this again!

If you want your kids to eat sweet potatoes, then this is the way. I am going to try to omit the bananas next time and go full on sweet potato.

Amazing!!!!!!!! I wanted to try it before Thanksgiving to see how it would turn out. YUMMY!!!! The yams will never be boring again with this recipe. I used cashews instead of almonds, not a fan of almonds.

Ohhhh, so yummy! I made this recipe twice last year during the holidays and I was about to flip out when I couldn't find the recipe for this year. Can't wait to make it again!

Dios Mio! Or o.m.g.! This was the hit of our Thanksgiving multi-cultural potluck this year! It was so good we are throwing out the traditional "coconut-pecan family recipe" that I was known for -For this new DELICIOSO Banana-Yam Casserole! No leftovers on this casserole dish - though I wish there were!!! Keep on cooking Marcela! You have some huge fans in Orange County, CA!!!
