Some of my reviews seem to vanish over time, because I know I reviewed this so here I go again! I have made this several times and it is so good. Tonight I paired it with the rajas (which are wonderful and the potatoes w/chorizo. Great meal!

Very tasty and tender...i added more spices for a kick. Garlic powder was key and light salt since the soy already has salt. YUM.

This recipe has great flavor and makes wonderful steak tacos. I have used Bud Light (only beer that I had on hand and Leinenkugels Harvest Wheat and the steak turned out awesome each time with great flavor. I grill both the oranges and onions alongside the steak, and both have great flavor as well. A hit with my husband and neighbors. This is my new go to recipe!!!

very good ,... had a thick area in the meat and it was a little rare, so will try a more even thickness next time ... I marinated this in a plastic bag ... when I was done I removed the orange slices and discarded ... I removed the onions and caramelized them and reduced the marinade ... I added some Worcestershire sauce (2 tbls and ketchup (1 tbl and the caramelized onions. I used the sauce the next day on the leftover meat on a sourdough bun for a very good sandwich.
