very good ,... had a thick area in the meat and it was a little rare, so will try a more even thickness next time ... I marinated this in a plastic bag ... when I was done I removed the orange slices and discarded ... I removed the onions and caramelized them and reduced the marinade ... I added some Worcestershire sauce (2 tbls and ketchup (1 tbl and the caramelized onions. I used the sauce the next day on the leftover meat on a sourdough bun for a very good sandwich.

I did this with Vension skirt steak and it was amazing along with the Pico De Gallo. I usually use green onions and red tomatoes. This was good excellent too! Wiil be doing this recipe again more likely with beef next time. Love it!

I made this as part of a dinner party. It was a quick and easy marinade to prepare and I got lots of compliments on the flavor. I used Yuengling lager which we were also drinking and that seemed to work great!

My family really liked this. No heavy beer after taste. I used flank steak instead and have even added cilantro.

We use this all the time. Has great flavor. I even use OJ when we don't have fresh oranges on hand.

I wasn't crazy about this one. I couldn't get the meat tender and I would like to have more seasoning on the meat.

My cousin's wife used to marinate her meat similar with just lime and light beer. Yum! This seems like an Asian version.
