    It was very good, tender, and flavorful. However, next time, I think I will try a cup of a cabonated hard cider rather than the beer. I think it will give the meat a little more flavor without the beer-ish taste.

    Really good! Just to let you know that if you don't really drink beer, the steak does taste like beer...but overall, it's very moist, tender, and delicious.

    All I can say is do it. I will use this as my go to marinade for everything, I was skeptical on how this would all come together and now I am a believer!! Awesome.

    I wish this host was on more...I have tried several of her recipes and they have all been delicious. I made the entire meal that went with the beef marinated grilled skirt steak..... and the husband loved it. I'll do this meal again.
