Loved this redipe! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SHOW. i WAS SO GLAD TO FINNALY HAVE SOME REAL MEXICAN RECIPES TO TRY.. iT WAS SUCH A DISSAPOINTMENT NOT TO FIND IT ON THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS.

This was so easy and everyone loved it. So tender and juicy. When will be see Marcela again? She should be a regular. Her recipes are easy and delicious. Talking with other Food Network lovers, we want Marcela to be a regular, she is such a refreshing personality, another Rachael. Please bring her back..

This marinade made my cut of beef so juicy and flavorful. I could taste a slight hint of the beer, but not intense at all. The salt of the soy sauce and the sweet from the fruit made a great combination. I will surely make this again!

I made this with Flank Steak (picked it up by mistake at the market The only thing I did different was marinate it for 8 hours because this cut of meat is a tougher. Needless to say the flavors of this marinate are very very good. My family loved it and it will be in my recipe box from now on. I strained the marinate and reduced it down on a low simmer for 15 minutes. After I sliced the meat I poured some of this on top and it just made it that much better.
I hope Marcela's show will be returning. She is REFRESHING IN A FAMILIAR WAY!

FINALLY we have some REAL amazingly good SoCal Mexican food recipies thanks to this girl!! I live in San Diego, CA and these are the recipies I've been looking for all my life. Finally an easy way to make the recipies my mom and aunts have always made. PLEASE dont cancel her show!

My husband is a great cook and is very picky about someone else's recipes. He tried all the recipes from this show and was hooked! The meal was out of this world! Please, please, PLEASE bring on more shows!!!!!
