Broken coffee pot? Make this coffee. Need a little energy? Make this coffee. Thirsty? Make this coffee. I loved the cinnamon and orange flavors that really came through. Next time, I will cut back a tad on the sugar but believe me, I'm enjoying it just as it is. Now, back to my coffee.

I'm a basics kind of coffee drinker so I was leary of the cinnamon stick in this. I didn't leave the cinnamon in for long. Made it last night and had it iced for breakfast today. It's great. If you're not a cinnamon person, you could leave it out, or leave it in for a little bit like I did. You won't be disappointed. First recipe by FN's newest chef, and it's a home run!

My husband is a real "coffee snob"- he loves his good coffee! He and I are totally thrilled with Marcela's spiced coffee. Every ingredient seeks its own flavorable level. I add a bit of cream to my cup of Cafe Mexicano for a silkier, richer depth of enjoyment. It seems to taste especially good as we look outside at snow and ice covereing everything.

I have made this coffee three days in a row! It is excellent. However, I did use less sugar. Up in Santa Barbara CA, there is a small restaurant that has a similar coffee. Now I can make my own! Thanks.

we love this coffee. the only thing i changed was a little less sugar and i did add the nutmeg and a dash of clove. thank you for this easy recipes, we love your show and are looking forward to your next , because i made everything from the first.

I've been drinking coffee for quite some time now and I love experimenting with my coffee from time to time and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and the aroma of the coffee and the great combination of flavors from the cinnamon and the orange. It's hard to believe that something so simple can give me a cup of coffee that's as good or even better than what i get at my local coffee shop.
