For years I have wanted to konw how to make Cafe Mexicano, Being of Mexican decent myself, The sad part for me is going to Mexico and asking for "Cafe de Olla" and being told "we don't know" well how sad is that. Thank you for sharing with your viewer and bringing a little Mexican home style to TV.

Just like grandma used to make! I was starving for an authetic Mexican food show, and now I have one to watch and learn. Although there are so many shows I enjoy on Food Network, with this show is home!

Bravo Food Network for adding this new show. It will be great to see authentic Mexican dishes prepared the correct way. I love mexican food and want everyone to experience, not only the everyday dishes that we all know and love, but also the elegant side to mexican cooking. THANK YOU!!

This Mexican coffee is quite strong, but flavorful. I think Marcela will be a big hit, it's like having a new Rachael Ray to watch, minus the deprecation, and finger-jabs. Bravo!
