Wow! This recipe is fantastic. We love Mexican food and this was such a nice twist. The cheese melted perfectly and made the best taco! We used sirloin because the skirt steak was twice as much. The marinade has perfect flavor and would be great with chicken. We also added green onions along with the avocado. Very easy too!
