    Made it for my wife and brother for our 1 year wedding anniversary. She said it was quite possibly The Best thing she ever ate!! Brother LOVED it and he's not even a fan of tomatillos. Made him a believer ;

    Absolutely delicious!! I made a double batch of this for dinner tonight and my 24 year old son went back for seconds. He gave it high approvals as did the rest of the family. My only issue was that since I live in Maine, I had a hard time finding the chili's. I ended up going to four stores before I finally found them but it was so worth the effort. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to add the water from cooking the chili's, onion and tomatilla's so I didn't. I viewed the video on the site afterwards and realized I was suppose to include the water when I blended it but it tasted just fine anyway. My standard Enchiladas have a red sauce and this was such a nice change. This recipe will be the one I make from now on.

    Excellent recipe! Added sauteed red & white onions, garlic and cumin to the chicken mixture and lime juice to the sour cream--family loved it!

    I really liked this recipe. I make own red enchiladas, so this a nice change. Both my hubby and I thought it seemed lighter than most other recipes. At first I was thinking that the green salsa was going to be too hot for my little one, but once it cooked, it really mellowed out. I did alter, only slightly: I left of the crema off until after I took the enchiladas out of the oven so it cut the spice a bit. Also I saved a little of the salsa for my husband and I to top our enchiladas, to spice up. Very easy and delish.

    Good Enchilada recipe - better than average for sure, but still a little bit bland to my palate. Tried modifying it using roasted poblano peppers mixed with a mexican crema - that really helped. Also added spinach, goat cheese and carrots to the chicken mix and a bit of vinegar to the tomatillo sauce - I REALLY loved the mix of flavors after that. Try this one first, then try my peppier version - find it at chickenbrothrecipes dot com and type "enchiladas" in the search box.

    Made a double batch of this for a New Years party...What a hit! I went easy on putting the salsa Verde so not to make everything soggy. With the extra salsa Verde left over, I put it out in a bowl so folks could add some as they wished. Most ended up dipping chips into it for the remainder of the night!!!
