Fast easy and very flavorful. Made it at the firehouse for breakfast. I don't know if you anything about the firehouse but they can be picky. I had 3 guys ask me for the recipe. Will make again maybe just make more sauce to top over the entire plate when serving.

did not make the chilaquiles but loved the salsa verde. I wanted to make chicken enchiladas for May 5 fiesta dinner but ran out of so I picked up a rotisserie chicken and make the roasted salsa verde. delish. my kids cut up the chicken and put it in tortilas more like a burito with the green stuff and even my son mr. franks hot sauce went wild. I thought I would have enough leftovers to make enchilladas later this weekend but they inhaled both chickens and licked the food processor dry

this was so good! i have never worked with tomatillos before, but they were so tangy and good in this recipe. if you've never have either, try them in this recipe. it's a great start and so delicious.

I love this as breakfast. It's so easy and surprisingly filling. I like to reserve a little of the salsa and make scrambled eggs with it, sometimes, too.

Delicious!! I had ordered this in a mom & pop taco shop, and they were very soggy. These were the best with the crunchy texture of fried "chips". I roasted the veg on top of the stove in a cast iron skillet. Worked great!
