I have always been intimidated by making my own salsa. This recipe was so simple and easy that I broke through the barrier and did it! The Tomatillo Salsa and Chilaquiles are a fabulous combination.

This recipe is amazing. The complexity of the flavors is a pleasant surprise since it is so easy to make! The smoky flavor of the tomatillos salsa, the tangyness of the feta, the taste and texture from the fresh corn chips...and I absolutely love cilantro. Additionally, it is a (visually beautiful dish too! I plan to serve it at my next dinner party as an appetizer. Great recipe, Ms. Valladolid!
