Wonderful, delicious chilaquiles. I'm not a good cook, ask my kids!
But this was so easy and it came out incredible. I'm a know a follower of your cooking show as all the recipes are very easy and authentic. My family is actually excited when I make one of your recipes. I bought your cooking book, and I was not disappointed! I've made so many of your recipes, my favorite; arroz poblano! try it guys.... thank you

By far the best most authentic chillaquiles I have ever made. We're a Mexican family who really loved this recipe.

I'm happy to find this truly authentic Mexican recipe. I normally buy green/red chile salsas to make chilaquiles. However, they always lack something. I made this one from scratch. Not only was is simple and budget-friendly, it was simply delicious. You can easily put together an authentic Mexican brunch with chilaquiles, eggs (overmed or scrambled with chorizo, fresh fruit (ie papaya and cantaloupe, Mexican sweet bread and Mexican coffee (there's a recipe on this site... cinnamon sticks and orange peel.

This program presented by far the most authentic mexican food. Every single recipe was well done. How can you keep for instance Sandra Lee ( I tried a few of her recipes and every single one was bad and stop this really good program.!!!
