Easy, fast and a dish I would order at a restaurant. I used smoked poblanos instead of chipotles and added a few tbsp. of chipotle sauce.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! The cilantro really brightens up the dish and the heat from the chipotle and adobo sauce is outstanding!! The only thing I would change is to double the sauce. My husband is not a fan of seafood but this changed him. He LOVES when I make this for dinner! This is a quick and very easy meal that packs a punch!

This is such a delicious dinner, it makes for a great Sunday meal, but is quick enough to whip up on a weeknight for a special treat. My fiance requests this all the time. The chipotles in adobo pack some serious heat, but you can adjust the heat factor according to your own taste. I always add fresh mushrooms in right after the shrimp finish frying. Shiitakes are best, but cremini or button work just fine. I also substitute half the butter for olive oil when frying the shrimp. This recipe is not for the calorie-conscious.

I love most of Marcela's recipes but this one is my favorite. I brought some to work and my co-worked not only asked for the recipe, she made it the same day. She said everyone kept asking her for the recipe as well.
My favorite part is the rice soaking up all the yummy cream sauce. Will be making this over and over.

I have made this recipe for three different dinner parties and every time I get asked for the recipe and everyone asks for multiple servings. It is easy to do the prep work ahead of time and then throw it all together when the guests arrive. It also is delicious for leftovers (if you ever have any. I highly recommend it!

This has become our new favorite shrimp recipe. I loved the technique of using the flour to coat the shrimp which not only gave them a nice crunch but also thickened the sauce beautifully. I sprinkle the shrimp with Julio's Seasoning (Old Bay would work too before I coat them with the flour for just a little extra bump of flavor. I am grateful to Marcela for the cooking techniques and recipes she has shared.

Wonderful, rich and creamy way to enjoy shrimp. Loved the way the sauce thickened when the coated shrimp was added at the end. "That's cooking!"

This was so DELICIOUS!! Simple and quick to make. I only had brown rice, and was short on time, so I made it with orzo pasta instead. YUMMY! Will be making this again soon.
