Scallops have such a strong flavor. The marinade was fine. I liked the cilantro lime combo with the garlic. I did not like the soy sauce with it.it added a different note other than salty that did not pare as well.

Pretty tasty! Lemon Pepper made a nice touch. Served with white rice and avocado slices as side.

I thought it was great, got rave reviews and I will make it again.
I did tweek it a little, I added a little sprinkle of kosher salt and at the end of cooking, I sprinkled lemon pepper seasoning on it, BUT be careful or skip the kosher salt because Lemon pepper usually has a lot of salt in it as well. I added a little of the marinate to it as it was cooking and cooked it a higher heat and got them nice and brown on each side being careful not to get rubbery. Not one scallop left and a big hit!! oh I also a little (just a little more red pepper flakes to give it a kick :

These were pretty good! I made the entire dinner featured on this show. I mint cut down the garlic a bit, and definitely recommend that you use the lime wedges. Quite easy and delicious!

Not that great. When I take the time to try a new recipe, I want it to be excellent. The taste was mediocre, not even worth making again.
