I followed the recipe exactly except for I served it over rice instead of making a taco out it. It was really good. I squeezed a bit of lime juice over the entire dish, and it was terrific.

I have made this on several occassions and it always gets great reveiws from my family. I like to add a little chipotle pepper to give it slight kick. Delicious!

Added half a lime directly to the sauce and an ounce of tequila. Also used pablano instead of bell for a little kick. So good and so easy.

This is a very easy recipe and tasted wonderful. I added extra cilantro because it's my favorite herb -- we truly enjoyed them. I will definitely make them over and over!!

Very tasty!! Quick and easy, would be good for a week-night change-up. Definitely going into my Recipe Box, may add some tomatillas next time. Thanks!

I saw you do this recipe this morning on the show. We just had some of the most awesome boiled shrimp last night and had several left over. So I thought this would be perfect. Just needed a couple things, i.e., tortillas, tomato puree. They were a big hit! Everyone loved them. Thanks for a new recipe to add to our collection.

Fantastic! Very easy and EXTREMELY tasty! I add fresh cilantro, ground cumin and roasted poblano chilies to mine. I use 1 T of sun-dried tomato paste with the juice of the tomatoes and find it to be perfect balance. A total hit at my house!

This was easy to make and tasty. My husband really liked it. I thought it was good, not great.

    * I used the amount of tomato puree called for in the recipe and the consistency was fine.

**Modifications: I used an orange bell pepper because that is what I had, and I used sharp cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella because husband doesn't like it. I thought cheddar might overpower shrimp but turned out fine.
