    This soup is really tasty and easy to make. What's great is that this could easily be converted to a vegetarian soup, simply by replacing the chicken stock (which I prefer and would continue to use with vegetable stock. This is also a great soup for tailoring to your own tastes, which I did, easily. I added in a little cumin, for instance. And I imagine you could garnish this with just about anything you can think of. Really, this is a great recipe--easy, fun and versatile.

    I saw the show this morning and made it - oh yes this is already a favorite in this house. The only changes I made was to add a little Tobasco sauce for just a touch of heat.
