Never in my life have I liked flan, but my husband asked me to make it for him knowing its my first time to make story short...now I'm in love with it. I made it for the rest of my family and it topped everybody's flan.

I've always been afraid of making flan. I was told that if not done correctly you will end up with scrambled eggs. Well, after seeing Marcela do this recipe on TV I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did because it was delicious! The coconut bumped this recipe up to 5 stars. I made this for a family event and both my Mexican and Puerto Rican relatives gobbled this dessert up. Marcela, thank you for all your recipes! As my Mami would say, "Que Dios te Bendiga Mija!

I made it for a potluck and it was a hit, but I it was a little too sweet for my taste. Maybe I just don't have such a sweet tooth because everyone else thought it was fantastic!

I made this for our Christmas dessert. Everyone loved it! It was so easy to make! My sister is a finicky eater and she even loved it. This may be integrated in my Christmas dinner with my family and friends at my mom's. Thank you Marcela for such a great and scrumptious recipe!!!

I made this receipe for my family and friends OMG! it was wnderful. Everyone wanted seconds Everyone enjoy it and they couldn't believe that i was flan. I think cooking it in the bundt pan did make a difference. The taste was not to strong just right. You can tell you love to cook.

Delicious! I have made this twice for holiday events and have gotten rave reviews both times. The second time I even overcooked it by 45 minutes in the oven and it still tasted great! The texture was just a little firmer. I also have been only using 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk and it's been great! Will be making this again!

I made this for my annual holiday block party and it was a great success - everyone loved it!! I will def make this one again. Deelish!!!! (Note: I did have to cook it longer than the 1h 40 m -- cooked it perhaps 2 hrs.

I decided to add some chocolate to this and it worked great! VERY VERY rich but it got rave reviews so I'll make it again when I have a large group to feed.
