I made the recipe exactly as listed. I used the Oaxaca cheese and really liked the flavor more than low fat mozzarella. It was rich in taste. Next time I'm going to personalize the recipe by adding some of the ingredients that others added (jalapenos, chicken and more garlic, red onion
I really like the recipe. I hadn't thought about using corn for a sauce. Very inventive! Thanks!

Wow. This was a very delicious dinner. I added ribbons of good turkey deli slices to the onion/pepper mixture for some protein per my husband's request for "meat." I added whole corn to the same mixture to make sure the corn was really present. Also, I used a submersion blender for the corn mixture instead of a blender. Very delicious, will definitely make it again!

Marcela, this is possibly one of the best things I've ever made! I added roasted jalapenos and made a bechamel with lots of garlic and chili powder in it so it was all moist and gooey with the cheese and sauce. I also soaked the no bake lasagna sheets in hot water for 5 minutes before assembling the lasagna, so they cooked perfectly once I baked it. This is a wonderful dish and I will be making it again, and again.

This was a very tasty dish. I used the "no bake" lasagna and did not really care for it. It seems not "done" even after baking and letting it sit before serving. I guess I'm just not a fan of the no-bake. However, the next day it was excellent! I will make this again and use the "boil ahead" lasagna and sure it will be excellent. Thanks for the great recipe idea!!

I tried this recipe twice..once using the orig specs and found it to be very bland. Reworked it adding roasted jalepenos, costa rican ruby red chilis and spanish onion in the sauce. Much more flavor.
