    I am so happy to find this!!!! I had this last night at a Mexican store that we visit frequently. They put jalapeno peppers in it; however, my husband (from Motamorus said where he is from people do not use the chiles.....but, I did like it!!!! Thanks for the recipe!!!

    Soo delicious! Soo easy! I have never prepared a cream corn recipe; this is a winner! I used feta cheese. Try it! Thank you Marcela for a wonderful recipe!

    This recipe is delicious! I've been wanting to try to make creamed corn, but tried this first and now I never want corn any other way! I add a diced jalapeno and extra chili powder for extra kick! YUM

    We saw this recipe last summer on her show and have made it several times, it is our favorite bbq side.we absolutely love it!!! We haven't even had regular corn on the cob since trying her recipe...DELISH!!!
