While I love fresh chili's and corn, this can be done in a hurry with frozen corn and canned whole green chili's. Still has great flavor. Also makes a great dip of you use chopped green chili's.

The taste was outstanding and easy to make. It was a hit at our Bonco Club. What happen to Marcela's show, I miss her recipes...please let me know if she is on another network or how I can follow her cooking shows.

Where are the shows for Marcela Valladolid??? The last one was in February. Finally I see a cooking show that catches my attention and is off the air... Her recepies are outstanding, very different from the rest and very tasty!!!... Please let us know when she will be on the air again... I think all the viewers deserve the courtesy to know if she'll be back....

This is one of my favorite dishes of yours. I could hardly wait for saturdays to see your new shows. I don't know what happen, but I have missed you for two weeks now. Please come back on. I love your show and especially your recipies. I am of hispanic origin, but was not taught many dishes of our culture. Your were my teacher for my culture.

First of all, I love rajas, and this recipe with the fresh corn was great! It was just as good as my abuelita's rajas!
I have absolutely loved watching Marcela, and was so sad not to see her last Saturday. Please bring her show back. She is a joy to watch, and her food is so tasty! More Marcela! More Marcela!!

Well worth the time to roast and peel the peppers. This is fantastic leftover as well!
