MY husband and I loved this recipe, everytime we went by the stove we had to have another taste. I sent this recipe to my sister-in-law, I think she'l like it as much as we did.

The slight heat from the poblanos & the sweetness of the corn paired perfectly. I had a ton of poblanos in my garden & I was looking for a way to use some up. I didn't have any mexican crema so I used some sour cream. Made this with bobby flay's spice rubbed chicken and marcela valladolid's foolproof mexican rice, delicious!

This is delicious especially with corn at it's peak. I'll be making it again for a party next weekend and I'll definitely try some more of your recipes to go with. Thanks!

I loved this dish! Made it tonight with fresh poblano's, corn & onions bought at the farmers market this morning. I did add some toasted cumin to the saute of onions, corn and poblano's.

We made as part of a taco bar and everyone loved them. We have made it a couple of times it is easy. We used frozen corn one time and it was just as good.

I made this for my nephew's 2nd birthday party and this side dish came out great. I added striped chicken into the recipe and maybe a little extra on both creams. I am sure going to make this again it's so easy and simple and very delicious.
