    This has to be the first time ever that I wouldn't change a recipe.

    I made it exactly as directed (except for doubling it and would not change ONE THING. It's simply perfect.

    I made it for a potluck and it was literally the first dish that was gone.

    Tip: I don't have a gas stove, so I charred the chiles on a cast-iron pan and it worked like a charm, except for setting off the smoke detector a few times...open all your windows!

    I'm excited to make it again.

    This is very tasty and very easy. I substituted the frozen corn, quesco fresco and swiss cheese. I also added a couple of roasted jalapenos. I am not a spicy eater but this was delicious. Excellent. Thank you Marcela.

    Absolutely incredible!! Better than any meal I've had in a Mexican Restaurant. Thanks Marcela Also made the Charizo and Potato dish with this. It was equally as awesome!
