It was a little too much cream for me, my stomache started hurting after half a quesadilla. I also wish i had cut the peppers into squares. I love Poblano Chillies but i wish i would have used 4- 5 peppers instead of 6. I think if your a sourcream lover than you would enjoy this dish. Not for me though.

Oh my gosh.....so creamy....sweet and just the right amount of heat. I did switch the heavy cream to fat free half n half. This is a "do again."

I use this recipe to make quesadillas to serve with black bean soup or a dinner salad. Delicious. Thank you Marcela!

Rate the recipe Marcela is an outstanding chef. Keep your moronic comments to yourself, that goes for you "friends" too.

I really wish I would've started paying attention to Miss Marcela sooner. This was the second of her recipes I've tried and have been completely blown away by. This is an excellent, do-the-food-dance good and comforting dish. I'm in the process of plowing through the rest of her recipes and loving every one! :

This is great all by it's self but i sometimes like to add garlic and jalapeno for an extra kick. =

I added this to my chicken fajita taco and it tasted delicious. My whole family loved it. I think I am going to have to make it at every family bar-b-que. Thank you Food Network for finally having a chef that can teach us easy Mexican food recipes that have GREAT FLAVOR!!! Good Job Marcela

I LIKE YOUR RECIPES, BUT ONE THING IS VERY ANNOYING IS THAT YOU MOVE
WAY TOO MUCH YOUR ARMS WHEN YOU ARE COOKING AND TALKING.
MY FRIENDS AND I NOTICED IT RIGHT AWAY AND IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD.
WE ARE PUTTING MORE ATTENTION IN YOUR ARMS THAN THE RECIPES AND
YOUR FOOD. WE HOPE YOU CAN CHANGE THAT.
