Very good! I use chicken tenders & boiled instead and finely shredded Mexican cheeses instead of queso fresco. The salsa was delicious.

Love these tacos! My sister and I made them and put the salsa and queso on the side.. We put shredded cheese inside before we friend them.. Fantastic and super easy. We made these with Paula Deen's Mexican Rice.. Great together!

This was easy and delicious. I squeezed lime on the chicken and put some shredded cheese in before I fried them. The kids loved them!

Oh my how easy and wonderful! My teenage son, who will only eat McDonalds or Taco Bell, ate every bite, and wanted seconds! Thank you Marcela, you rock!

The recipe is very easy to follow, personally I seasoned my chicken the night before and chopped up my onions, tomatoes, cilantro etc and made Salsa the night before as well. I spiced mine up a bit and they were tasty and just this side of Heaven. A side dish of Goya's beans and rice and some fried plantains, made this a perfect meal for me today.
