Made this as an early valentine's day treat! It was fantastic. The only little trick I did was I buttered then sugared the ramekins. The sugar just added a little chewiness to the outside edges. Delicious!

We made these for New Year's Eve. SO delicious. We didn't change a thing. Will definitely be making it again.

My boyfriend decided to tackle this dessert one night for a dinner party. He has never made a souffle before, in his life! I was really nervous that it was going to fall and he would be upset, but they turned out PERFECT. He followed all the directions exactly and they all came out perfectly risen, crunchy on the top and chewy & wonderful in the middle. We could not find Mexican chocolate in our store, so we opted for a chocolate that was flavored with Cayenne, Chili powder and Cinnamon. It still tasted great.
