We used the traditional english muffins and canadian bacon with this Hollandaise recipe, and it was fantastic. Compliments from all of our guests. I did add a little more lemon juice (about 3 T. total and it was perfect. To add some color to the presentation I placed the muffins on top of a few thin spears of grilled asparagus, and the Hollandaise was great on that too.

This recipe is a must try! My hubby thought it was the best eggs Benedict he had ever had. If you're looking to add a little spice to your boring breakfast, this is your recipe! You won't be disappointed that you did!

Absolutely scrumptious. I made it this morning for a New Year's Day brunch but substituted English Muffins for the croissant. Fantastic recipe!!!!

This is a fabulous, fun spin on the original eggs benedict. I made this for my mother's birthday brunch, but with sourdough English muffins. Everyone loved it and I will make it again and again for special events! Thanks!

This one of those OMG recipes- the layers of flavors compliment one another beautifully. I thought it was fun and inventive. Her techniques were so cleaver and easy to follow....I will make this again and again and can't wait to share it with friends.
