    This was so fantastic! I saved the leftover sauce and have used it in a dozen other recipes. Appreciate your enthusiasm and your authentic Mexican cooking! What a breath of fresh air! Can't wait to try more of your cooking!

    Love this recipe! We have made this and served on top of croissant, but also, made and served on top of the potatoes with chorizo. Either way, very delicious and easy.

    I have never had eggs benedict, but when I saw this I knew I had to try it. I made it this morning for me and my brother and we loved it. It was super simple and full of flavor. My cousin and I are always trying new recipes and this is one I will have to make for her. Thank you for such a great recipe.

    You do NOT need that much butter for the hollindaise either..you could use half that to 4 egg yolks and lemon juice..
    I want to like this program. i just started watching her. i love Mexican/Latin food and Foodnetwork as yet to have a good Latin Chef with there own show?! Rediculous... I hope she is it!

    My husband and I LOVED IT, it was easy to made following your instructions.
    So far every one of Marcela's recipes are five star.
    to Shelly, take a chill pill you must not be a very happy person, it is just a recipe.

    Love the chipotle hollandaise! Love Marcela - good idea to suggest using whatever ham you like, not necessarily just Canadian bacon. To Shelley, cooking is an artistic expression unique to each individual. Did you actually try the recipe before you gave it one star? Seriously, you need to lighten up! I'm loving Mexican Made Easy and Marcela and her recipes.

    Made this for a group of friends yesterday and everyone loved it!!

    to shelley from dallas, tx OMG, she is sharing her own recipe. that's what this channel is all about. turning a recipe into someting different w/her own flare.
    getting away from the normal eggs benedict, this is a nice switch, w/different flavors and ingredients.

    This was a nice twist to our favorite brunch dish. I've never made hollandaise in a blender, and it was so easy.

    To the person who became ill, there was a recent nationwide recall on millions of eggs due to salmonella. Perhaps your eggs were in the the recall group.

    Love this show! First time seeing it Marcela IS a charismatic personality, The show is informative and interesting, with great food! .Please keep it coming. This is the stuff I watch the Food Network for! ! Can't wait to see more.
