    I'M SUPER HAPPY TO HAVE A PLACE TO COME FOR SIMPLIFIED MEXICAN FOOD!! THIS RECIPE IS FANTASTIC, I USED THE MICROWAVE EGG MUFFING WITH THE COVER (3 MUFFING AND I PLACE THE EGGS HERE WHEN I WANT QUICK HARD EGGS, JUST MAKE SURE TO PLACE A HEAVY PLATE ON TOP OF THE PLASTIC COVER, JUST IN CASE. FOR THIS RECIPE I JUST PUT IT FOR A FEW SECONDS, JUST PUCK THE YOLK WITH A FORK. THE SAUCE IS FANTASTIC, I USED REGULAR BACON COOKED CRISPY MMM...GOOD
