Fast Fruit Delight with Coffee Liqueur
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (recommended: Kahlua)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 3 cups mixed berries or chopped seasonal fruit
- Vanilla cookies (recommended: Marias) for garnish, optional
Mix the coffee liqueur and condensed milk in a small bowl. Set aside.
Put 2 to 3 scoops of ice cream in each parfait glass. Scatter the berries or fruit evenly over the ice cream and drizzle with the coffee liqueur mixture. Garnish with a vanilla cookie, if desired, and serve immediately.
