Amazingly great flavor! Beware, this is very time consuming. I'm not sure if I would make it again.

Very good recipe although I misread the "1 canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, left whole", I thought it said "I can of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce", so I dumped the entire small can into the mixture. Being unfamiliar with chipotle chiles I didn't realize how HOT it would be with that many chiles. I saved my mistake by sauteing another whole onion, then mixing 1/2 cup of the chipotle mixture, more honey and more raspberries. Turned out great and I have lots of the chipotle mixture to freeze and use in the future.

I will be making these again for New Year's Eve. They are always the first to go at parties and I've had numerous requests for the recipe.

The whole recipe was excellent but the chutney was the star. It makes a lot so I used the left overs to just poor over a log of goat cheese and serve with crackers....so good. The chipotle pepper broke up as I stirred in the raspberries. It is so yummy that I'm make some as Christmas gifts.

This was a good holiday appetizer I took to a christmas party last year. The plate looked great and was empty in no time. We loved the spicy raspberry chutney. The recipe makes way more than you need...we have used the chutney with grilled meats as a dipping sauce, on egg breakfast sandwiches and more. It kept in the fridge for several weeks. I am now looking up the recipe for holiday season again. Thanks Marcela. I have enjoyed your cooking show. Thanks Food Network for the many delicious recipes I come back to again and again. Your website is awesome. Note: I did cut the squares about 1 1/2 inch to make them bite size.

This was a fantastic and tasty hors d'oeuvre. I've made it a practice to read reviews before I try something new and having worked with puff pastry before I recognized that the pillows were going to be a bigger size than we wanted so we cut 5 across and 5 rows making 25 of these amazing delights. We made them for a wedding cocktail reception and they were such a hit. This is a keeper!! Also the chutney thickened in much less time, 45 minutes for us but everyone's stoves are different.

My only reason for 4 instead of 5 star was that the puff pastry squares were a little to big for finger food, definetely a three bite treat which made it a little awkward - BUT, people loved it. BONUS, we used the chutney with the leftover lamb after Easter and it was fabulous - took the lamb from left over to fabulous. Also put the goat cheese on crackers with the chutney for super fast last minute appetizer.

This was wonderful! It was sweet yet had the perfect after-burn. I did make a few modifications, I used the entire can of chipotle chili and needed to simmer for 1.5 hrs, I then removed all of the chili save for one and that one I chopped and seeded and then returned to the pot and continued to simmer for 30 mins. I did make this a day ahead of time and then warmed it prior to assembly.

My daughter and I made this for her school spanish dinner ahead of time. Thank goodness we did because it was disgusting. I'm a good cook and have never had a recipe come out this badly. Goat cheese is terribly expensive too...If there was a negative star rating, I'd certainly give this one a negative 5.
