Amazing! For our palate I sauted the onions, serrano and garlic, warmed the beans through before tossing in cilantro, dressing and grilled zuchini. We'll add this to our list of favs! I'll try it with the avacado next time, as suggested below!

Add my voice to the chorus! This is a great recipe and my husband loved it, too.
Thanks again Marcella!
P.S. I also grilled the red onion and added some fresh diced as well.

We loved this recipe. I put it down into a half of an avocado and my family ate it up. Delish! I will defiantly make it again.

fresh and delicious! I only had yellow onions so I grilled them a little before I added them to the salad. It was great! My kids also added a little queso fresco to theirs. wonderful. I will make this all summer

WOW!!! I made this and let it set overnight. Grilled the tortilla shells, like Marcela said, and topped them w/ guacamole, the bean salad and sliced flank steak. It was fabulous! Everyone loved it and it was a very healthy meal.

This will be five star if you grill onion slices and then chop them instead of chopping raw onions. Alos I added 1 T minced garlic. Yum
