    Easy to make and a nice change of flavor! I followed the recipe, except I added an extra jalapeno for more kick. Served it with rice & beans. Will definately make this again!

    Excellent! When I was buying the ingredients, the cashier asked if it was for a special occasion. Well, when it comes out of the oven, it feels like a special occasion! Very tasty and moist chicken!

    What wonderful chicken! That one will be a staple. The thighs did not brown up like the other meat. Were they supposed to?

    One of the best tasting chicken dishes I have ever eaten! This was one of the first attempts by my husband to grill chicken (after I had prepared it and it was so tasty! We will definitely keep making this!

    Excellent! Chicken was moist and flavorful. I added extra jalapeno because we like spicy food, but even so, it didn't create a lot of heat after the chicken was cooked. An easy dish with results that seem like you worked for hours.

    My family likes spicy food so I doubled the jalapeno and left some rib for heat. I also put far more of the butter spice mix under the skin. I basted several times while cooking and used a huge organic chicken which took longer to bake so after the hour I reduced my heat to 350?. While the chicken rested I put Marcela's rice dish in the oven to melt. I made a simple gravy from the drippings. The chicken was super juicy, delicious! Even the breast was great. I didn't have the right cheese for the rice so threw in fresh mozzarella and spicy Buffalo Wing cheese. It was super great. This is the next meal I'm making for company! Marcela - I hope you continue on The Food Network, your recipes are wonderful and easy.

    My husband and I love this recipe. Broccolini is hard to find in our area so I left it out and just cooked the chicken. Delicious!

    I was watching Marcela make this and had to give it a try. We invited the usual suspects to dinner and served this with the chile cheese rice that she also made to serve with the chicken. I must say it was a big hit! I roasted 2 chickens so I steamed the broccoli instead which I prefer. I love these recipes and will definitely make this again!
