    I was really looking forward to this dish, especially after I had made the jalapeno paste. But the finished product was disappointing. I would definitely put more jalapenos into the paste next time, since none of us thought that the flavors really came through. The broccoli looked terrible from being in the pan that long, so next time I would just steam it on the side.

    We loved this recipe so much that I made it twice in one week. It's spicy enough for the jalepeno lovers, yet flavorful for the kids. All of the recipes from this episode were a hit with us.

    Best chicken I have ever had, moist and delicious, the wine and chicken broth along with the drippings made an amazing sauce to drizzle over the chicken. I will be making this often and passing on to my friends. I can't rave enough about it!

    Do you cover the chicken with foil initially when you put in the oven? When watching this morning she covered with foil however the recipe does not say to cover??

    This is one to memorize. This chicken can go with any side dish. Tender and moist and my daughter really, really, loved it. I didn't have the broccolini but used regular broccoli, it was just as good.

    This was so good it was stupid. I had fresh oregano and rosemary in the garden so I used it. It was juicy and not too spicy. I served it with the whole meal of Chile Cheese and Rice and the Pineapple Water. My neighbor came over and raved about it. She said she never tasted anything so good. Another winner Marcela!

    Tonight! This chicken was very moist, most flavorful - I cooked it in a cooking bag at 350? until it reached 160? and let it rest in the bag while preparing the Chile and Cheese Rice...did not add wine, stock or brocolli - I will serve this at a dinner party with no hesitation! SOOO GOOOOOD!

    After watching this episode, my husband & I made this entire dinner and it was absolutely AWESOME!! I didn't have white wine so I used tequilla. My husband said he was glad that it was only the two of us so we can have leftovers tomorrow.

    We really enjoy Marcela's show.
