These are awesome, my 7 month pregnant wife loves these. So does my mother in law. Really everyone who tries these asks me to make them again. The only problem? They disappear so fast!

Love this recipe. It fun & very easy. I make the all the time. Specially When I Have alot of the ripe banana the children don't want to eat anymore. It's a good way to use them with out having them go to waste.

Yum! I love them! I made Jumbo muffins instead of the smaller ones. They smelled so good, my family didn't want to wait for them to cool to eat them. They said it's a new "family" favorite and they can't wait to have them again. i substituted whole wheat flour for the white flour. The best part, is that I can make them every week for pennies and feel good about what my family is eating.

It's a great muffin receipe. Muffins were super moist and I was excited to taste the Mexican chocolate in the muffins. I love Mexican chocolate as a drink but have never used it as an actual ingredient for cooking now I know why. None of the favors of the Mexican chocolate come through in the muffin and it just gives the muffin a grainy texture rather than adding any flavor. I will make the receipe again but will sub regular semi-sweet chocolate chips and add my own spices like cinnamon, nutmeg to mimic the favors of Mexican chocolate.
