    Made this at home with taco and fajitas and kids loved it and ate it up fast, cooked on the stove top. Used a rice cooker at work and tripled the receipe and used a little less broth and it came out even better. Will keep using and testing often

    Perfect no effort spanish rice! Taste great, really easy, and is the perfect side for any Mexican meal (Which in my house is almost every meal.

    So simple to make and very tasty. My family loved this rice dish. It will become our go-to rice recipe. Thanks Marcela for a great recipe!

    This gets 5 stars because my guests loved it and it was so easy. With that being said, I have a more spicy palate and the next time I make it, which I will (!, I will use 2 T of tomato paste and 1 T of harissa paste and/or dice the serrano and add it with the onion.
