    I made this on Friday night, let it sit overnight in the fridge. It came out perfect for Saturday! Instead of, regular graham crackers, I used the Gamesa Ricanelas (MX version of graham crackers, and the familia LOVED It! The recipe was easy to follow. Gracias, Marcela, for another great recipe :

    Kind of dry. I would cut the baking time by 5 minutes. Also cut down the amount of crumbs.
