Oh my gosh, these shrimp burgers were amazing, I was so afraid that I would mess something up, but they were very simple to make and delicious. The mayonnaise was super delicious and complimented the burger so well. It was so good that I made them on Saturday, Sunday and I am making them again this coming up weekend to bring to a party. This recipe will be a keeper in our family. Marcela, thank you so much for all the wonderful food that you bring to foodnetwork. I just wish you could be on more than once a week.

I made these last night - FANTASTIC!!! I used fresh breadcrumbs I had just made from a couple of slices of double-fiber bread....and did not pack the measuring cup when I added them. The mixture was very wet but still head together so I just patted it and quickly dropped onto my hot grill pan. I wonder if people are cooking too long? Doesn't take long at all - 3 minutes is GENEROUS for each side. LOVED them. Lots of flavor in the burgers AND the aioli. Will definitely repeat this one!! Thank you, Marcela!!

I made the burgers and the aoili the day the episode aired. My burgers came out a little dry but I do think that was my fault..added more bread crumbs than recipe called for to make sure they would stick together. I think they were on the grill for too long, as well. The aoili was awesome! So delicious!

The shrimp burgers were less than appealing, although the cold, left overs were OK. But the aioli was fabulous and I have used it to top hot dogs and seared day boat scallops with wonderful results. Burgers = 2 stars. Aioli = 5.

I made this twice......once in the food processor and then I opted to hand chop and mix all the "burger" ingredients. I really liked option # 2 better for visual and textural appeal.

Nice new way to use shrimp. The aioli was excellent, although next time I think I'll use 2 serranos.

Made the recipe and loved it!

BTW Null is beyond pathetic it seems like this individual has nothing to do but write negative comments about every chef. Every time I check the comments before making a recipe Null never fails to leave nothing but negativity. GET A LIFE!
