I couldn't wait to try this. My thought was that anything with shrimp had to be great! Boy, was I wrong. This was terrible. Bland and I added extra spices due to other reviews. Nothing helped. Just said that I wasted good shrimp on this!

This is the first time I had seen the show. And, I am thrilled that I had the TV on at the time. All the recipes looked so simple to make - she basically threw everything into the food processer. The only thing that sounded like it might involve "work", was charring the peppers - but, even that was easy. Anyway, I had all the ingredients, except the shrimp, so, I made the burgers using ground chicken and cooked them on the stovetop (medium high - 3 minutes per side (with the lid on. Put a dollop of the Aioli on top of each and made a simple romaine salad with mandarin slices. The entire meal was absolutely fantastic. And, because I ground the chicken breast myself and sprayed the pan with cooking spray, I know that the meal was very healthy. By the way, 3minutes per side may not sound like a lot for chicken, but they turned out perfectly cooked - moist and not dried out. Thank you Marcela - I am looking forward to more great recipes from you!!

This recipe was terrible, spend alot of time and money to make the perfect dinner becouse it look so good when she did it on her show, the sauce she made was avocado aioli, that was the only good thing in the whole dish

Poured down rain so I couldn't grill. Followed the recipe exactly but the burgers were a little bland, would have loved the grill flavor. Loved the aioli was great. Might chop the shrimp up next time instead of blending. And a little more spice. Love the show and keep up the good work.

Couldn't wait to gather the ingredients for these burgers and grill for dinner. Extremely easy to make and didn't stick when grilling like I thought they would. Unfortunatly in my opinion the burgers were bland and very rubbery in texture. I like the idea that they are low in fat (served without the bun and light on the mayo. Maybe I will try again and add a few more ingredients-will play around with it. The aioli mayo was awesome--we love garlic and hot peppers. The more the better.

Better than I expected. The burger tasted different & better than none other I have ever had. I think the Pablano chile made the difference. (Be careful not to over cook it. It will dry out. I did increase the garlic (I love garlic. The Avocado Aioli was excellent. I made it according to the recipe.

This is quite an impressive dish. Prepare it for your family & friends. They will think you quite the cook.

Very quick and easy to make, and the burgers didn't fall apart while frying as I had feared. However, the shrimp burgers themselves were pretty bland -- might as well have had a shrimp sandwich. Maybe some lime zest and chopped jalapeno would have kicked it up a little. The aioli was a little more flavorful -- and certainly a pretty green -- but not exceptional. I might have preferred, for more flavor, the chipotle mayo I often make for sandwiches. And save the avocado for a side of guac.

Been waiting & emailed Food Network in April for show to come back. They said Marcella would be back in June & I had to miss the first show due to an appointment. Will try the recipe. Hey people, reviewers can write whatever they want, I think you all need to lighten up.

I couldn't get to my computer fast enough to print out these recipes from Marcela's Seafood Grill episode this morning. I only wish that I were not housebound with an injury so I could head out to the grocery store and pick up all the necessary items for this beautiful meal. Sounds so yummy...bless you Marcela!
