This is amazing! I have made it several times for guests and always a hit! The toasted spices make it unusual and delicious!

This has become one of my favorite lite side dishes! I used feta cheese: could have used less, and since I'm not crazy about olives, I used about half. Delicious and lite especially for the summer!

The toasted ingredients make this olive & tomato salad extraordinary! I left out the salt because the olives and cheese are already very salty and cut the olive oil in half. Excellent.

I found the salad flavorful and refreshing. The coriander seeds provided an unwanted crunch. In the future I'd use coriander powder.

Saw this recipe on Saturday before our 4th of July celebration on Sunday. Delicious!! It was a BIG hit... I increased the amounts to serve 24 and barly had any left overs! The small left overs were brought home; tonight I used the remaining to top my green salad...wonderful!!

My husband made this for me on my 50th birthday party, it was the biggest hit by all our guest. Absolutely refreshing and a nice cool treat on a hot july day. We did not have any left over. We will be making this more often in our daily meals. Thank you so much for sharing. PS we used all the original ingredients in your recipe we did not change a thing.
