EXCELLENT!! Easy to make and taste good... also made them today for Father's day everyone enjoyed them. I couldn't believe myself how much flavor they have.... definitely do them again =

Made these last nite. Went with more of an appetizer size instead of the 5" diameter from the show. Used a 3" diameter cookie cutter and got about 12 disks out of the sheet of dough. 1 Poblano and 2 oz. of cream cheese with a little shredded monterry jack cheese added, They were done in about 20 min. at 350. Absolutely delicious. Trying the Mexican chocolate banana muffins this morning. Mexican Made Easy is my new favorite cooking show and Marcela is a total babe.
