Have made the recipe 4 times now for Parties and everyone wants the recipe. It's been an absolute hit. What's nice if for little ones at the party I just omit the Pablano Peppers just in case they do not like the spice after heat. It so easy to prepare the potato salad for 2 different crowds.

This is the best potato salad I have ever had, the kick from the chile is awesome. I made it for friends and family, they went nuts!

Real nice change, I was taken aback by the sweetness which comes from the corn. The poblanos are excellent and I think they'd be just as good as an extra item in a classic potato salad. Will make this again!

I made this potato salad for my wife and duaghter who love potato salad. This potato salad became an instant favorite, it is full of expolding flavors. Before this I was not much of a potato salad person, I am now. Thank you.

After viewing the show, I thought to myself, "I can do this1" . I served it to my family explaining that I was trying a new recipe and the facial expressions were "oh no, not a new recipe, we are the ginnea pigs again. As they started to taste the potoato salad, they began to describe the textures, the taste and the smell. They loved it, I had NO left overs!!! I now have requests to prepare it at our weekly cook outs. Thank you Marcela, keep the receipes coming.

I literally just got done making this potato salad and OMG it is so good! The worst part is waiting for my husband to get home so we can have dinner, lol. This will absolutely be a regular dish in my household.

This is by far the best potato salad My husband and I have ever eaten. This will be the only potato salad I make from now on. I scaled it down to make just a small amount. The flavor of the cilantro was terrific. Thanks for a great recipe

A bit labor intensive to cut up the new potatoes into bit sized pieces, but the dish was well worth it; my husband loved the cilantro, and I loved the corn in it. A definite twist to an American classic. I also made her Mexican meatloaf, and what a departure from the ordinary. Love Marcela & her show; the recipes are easy to follow and I definitely DVR all her new episodes! Viva "Mexican Made Easy"!
