This one definitely gets filed in my "keep" folder. Can't wait to make it again. Excellent mexican flavor.

This recipe is in Marcela's book and I love it! The flavors blend nicely and it tastes good even if you make it hot. I won't make traditional salad again. Marcela is great!!!!! Love her!!!!!

I just made this and I can see why she said it was good hot...couldn't keep eating it! The poblanos weren't too hot, but gave it a really good flavor. Really good stuff!

if you're complaining because you want to see more of Marcela, then don't give her one star for the recipe. It brings down the rating of the recipe and looks like it isn't as good as it is.

To those who think this is the wrong recipe--it is not. Food Network online has wrong name. Recipe is the one shown on tv with the meatloaf. It seems like if you watched the show you would have known that. Not meaning to sound rude but I did watch the show and looked here and discovered the wrong recipe title. Looked at recipe, was for the salad. Oh well, mistakes happen. Don't sweat it.

What a wonderful blend of flavors. I did make a small change to the recipe. I used low fat mayo and low fat sour cream. I'm looking forward to making this again for a family reunion coming up.

Have all ingredients on hand with the exception of 'Sour Cream"... But I do have some "Greek Yogurt!!! Do you think I could use this without changing the taste to much???

We made this tonight with Rachel Ray's "Salsa Verde Turkey Burgers" (also great, and we thought it was a yummy change of pace. Will try meatloaf tomorrow. (why does it say "pancakes"?
