I read all the reviews and taking inspiration from them and Marcela, I added dried cranberries, pistachios and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips into my entire 14oz. bag of sweetened coconut and an entire 14oz. can of sweetened CONDENSED milk. Using an average size ice cream scooper, it made almost 3 dozen candies and they were so good!!! My family INHALED them in less than two days and please take note - my picky husband does not care for coconut and he loves these! Thank you, Marcela! These are so yummy, so easy and I can't wait to try other variations.

Outstanding! This was delicious. I used a 14 oz. bag of coconut and 1 can of condensed milk and it worked perfectly. I did put chopped almonds in half of it..because sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't. :

This was a disaster! It was extremely dry and falling apart. Going into making it, I had doubts on how can half a cup of liquid be enough to hold 5+cups of the coconut. After baking, I had to take off the top and re-bake the whole thing with an entire additional can of condensed milk and egg whites . This time it held together.

If anyone has ever had a Cocada before, then this is pretty darn close. I grew up eating cocadas and I think the longer you let them bake the better they taste. Loved this recipe and will be making them again soon!

It was tasty, but did not have the consistency of Bark. It was like a macaroon consistency. It was not what I expected.

This is so simple and delicious! I make it all the time now! You can make it simple or add to it. Right now I have chopped nuts and raisins in a batch but the chocolate sounds yummy too. Great show! Always watch it!
