This was so good. I couldn't get my husband away from the roasting pan at the stove; would eat from the pot and put some on his plate at the same time. The kids even loved it (didn't tell them about the prunes. I did not have pineapple juice so used orange as a substitute, still amazing!

Made this for my family which everyone just LOVED! I used 2 pork tenderloins. Brining the pork made made all the difference. The combination of ingredients, spices, herbs made a wonderful sauce which I thickened with a little cornstarch. Will definitely save this recipe and make again for friends.

This recipe is amazing. It was so easy to make. I threw a dinner party with a few friends and they absolutely loved the flavors. We didn't brine the pork for as long as is recommended; we just didn't plan that far ahead. We only put it in the brine for about 5 hours before cooking. My only criticism of the dish is that it was a bit salty for me. I don't know if it was the brine, or if I added too much after. But no one else thought it was salty, so it could just be me.
