    I'm giving this girl 5 stars because all you idiots who gave it ONE because the segment didn't air are doing a disservice to the recipe and the chef. I know, I know, I wanted to see it too but think before you rate it. Many times if I see a recipe only got a few stars, I skip over it.

    I must've been the only person who received the correct segment in it's entirety. Last week I saw that this dish was going to be shown so I went yesterday and bought the shrimp for today. All the other ingredients are staples in a Mexican kitchen, it was easy and finger licking good.

    This spring I will attempt to duplicate the lobsters from Puerto Nuevo, BC with this marinade,

    I agree, these people just happened to have everything on hand and made the drumettes immediately after the show, I don't think so. The show looks good so far, but keep the reviewes real, people read them and alot make the decision to try them based on the reviews.

    Well at least these folks didn't say they had just finished making this and it was wonderful (like the reviewers of the chick wings did. I get it - you want her show to be a success but you did not make chicken wings and eat them in the span of 45 minutes!

    I loved the program and the wonderful easy to follow recipes. I noticed someone made a comment on the editor. I have been working as an editor for TV my entire life. The problem that the whole episode was not shown had NOTHING, I will say again, NOTHING to do with the editor. These are technical problems that happen form the station. This happens more often than you think.

    I have seem this program before, and to be honest I think the show is brilliant all around. Not only the Host's job, but the production and editing work is AMAZING!!
    Like I said, I work in editing, I know what the production must be going through.
    KUDOS for an amazing job all around!!
    Hope you keep making more easy Mexican dishes. I love the way you teach how to cook vs. teach a recipe.

    An excellent, quick and simple way to prepare shrimp. The marinade makes it, so the rosemary skewers, though a nice and tasty touch, are not necessary. The shrimp are good on any skewers, cooked in a pan or on a grill, or without the skewers and served on top of a salad, or on rice or pasta (saute the marinade briefly and mix with the pasta, then top with the shrimp.
