I didn't quite follow the recipe as had no oregano or chipotle. I substituted with rosemary and homemade peppersauce (I'm from the Caribbean. Very tasty and enjoyable, especially as the sweet potatoes came from my garden so they were very fresh and flavorful. Excellent... we just had it with a salad and dinner was great!

Made this last night and we really like it. I didnt have the ground chipotle powder so I used cayenne pepper instead and I also used dried oregano vs fresh. Will make this again.

I loved this. I only made a half of a portion and baked it a bit longer, so the potatoes were very soft which I loved. For something so easy and cheap to make you simply can't beat it.

This is a wonderful dish with grilled steak. It is so flavorful and so unexpected, as a side dish. Your house smells so good while it bakes.I will be making this many more times and cannot wait to serve it at Thanksgiving.

I was a little skeptical making this, but it sounded intriguing to me so I decided to try it. I am so glad I did becuase it was absolutely delicious! And so easy to make! It was literally bursting with flavor. I loved it and will definitely make it over and over again!!! It should especially be a hit with the many vegetarians in my family!

Yuck! I used only 1 tsp. of salt and it was still way too salty that I couldn't eat it.

Really enjoyed this recipe. Now that I have tried it I am planning to make a giant pan for an family reunion this weekend. I think it will be easy to convert to an appropriate size for the occasion & I am sure it will be a hit!

This dish was amazing! I put it in two different dishes and added Parmesan to one. Both were wonderful. Will definitely make again.
