Salsa is terrible! Did you forget cilantro or something! Waste of money! PLEASE proofread your recipes. No one these days can afford to waste good money.

Instead of quesadillas I made fajitas with the steak, carmelized onions & yellow and red bell peppers, the mozz cheese and the tomatillo salsa with cilantro sprinked on top. It was DELICIOUS! I used frozen jalapenos so maybe they weren't as hot as fresh ones. The next time I would add more heat but overall it was wonderful, and I loved the sweetness of the apple in the salsa.

Steak a bit tough, not enough sesoning maybe. However, the tonatillo and apple salsa was great...only used one jalapeno and half the seeds. That was enough heat for me.
