Love Marcelas recipes, truly authentic mexican food. I added extras from my moms recipe and they were great! I use mexican cheese because we grew up watching my mom put that cheese. over all they were great. Thanks Marcela.

Pretty good! It's not too hard but definitely not a weeknight meal. I forgot the toothpicks but I just pulled it tight and it turned out fine. I recommend adding a little chili pepper to the sauce or possibly chicken Bouillon. My husband and 5 yrs old loved it.

My first time both making and eating Chiles Rellenos, so I have no basis of comparison. But these were delicious! Will definitely be making these again. Never disappointed with Marcela's recipes!

This isn't TexMex! I love Chile Rellenos and this recipe rivals any that I've had out west. The roasted poblanos really shine and the oregano is a great touch. I over roasted the chiles the first time but I've learned that lesson. Really love this recipe!

I haven't tried this recipe but for those who don't have a gas burner, what i do is rub tthem with oil and roast them in the oven.

It was a bit time consuming but for the most part my family thought the results was worth the effort. Only my extremely picky sister didn't like them. The one problem we had was with peeling the chard chiles. Not having a gas burner we used the gril and then ended up steaming in the bag too long. We'll be smarter when we do it again. But great flavor and it's great for those only beginning to fry (like me.

i made these for our cinco de mayo party at home. they were pretty good. i have to say it was alot of work. not that is was so hard but very time consuming. we did not care for the salsa recipe. maybe it was my onions but that was the only flavor you could taste.

These were okay; the sauce had a good flavor. We don't have a gas burner so we had to roast the peppers which made them soft and difficult to peel. My husband loves Chili rellenos but said he would rather have a local organic foods frozen product than this recipe. What a disappointment after all the hard work.

It was ok. I think it is worth trying again though. We don't have a gas stove so we just used a skillet but I believe we charred them to long becasue they were very mushy and nearly impossible to stuff once we put them in the plastic bag. So note to self do not char as long. Otherwise it will be tried again.
